The green flags are out again. A clear sign that Heidelberger Frühling is coming. Both in music and weather terms.

The reason why I stood at this spot in the first place was this view. This church is of course neither burning nor having a cig. From this point of view, there’s a funnel right behind it.



… and something new

Theodor Heuss bridge was completely rebuilt in two stages some 20 years ago. I remember passing it on the tram right on the edge of what was left during stage one – looked pretty scary to me at the time.

I know this picture is a bit dead, but I like the autumn atmosphere.
